Event Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Events Coordinator.

In this role, you will provide essential support to our conference production team in planning and executing successful events.

Responsibilities:

Coordination and execution of all aspects of conference planning, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistical arrangements.

Support the production team in developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and task lists.

Assist with the creation and distribution of conference materials, including programs, signage, and promotional materials.

Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to ensure their needs are met and all requirements are fulfilled.

Provide on-site support during conferences, including setup..

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in event production, as an event coordinator or similar roles.

• You’re highly passionate about events, event production, conferences, and exhibitions.

• Have good interpersonal and communication skills and easily approachable.

• Team-player, positive energies, can-do attitude, confident and willing to deal with problems and challenges.

• Fluent English.

• Excellent excel skills.
