Are you passionate about music, technology & education? Do you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment? We're looking for a dynamic Product Owner to join our small and magical team and drive the success and growth of our innovative music toy tech product.

Responsibilities:

1. Own Product Features Roadmaps: Develop and own product features roadmaps (application, hardware) from end to end, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
2. Product Vision: Develop the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management based on the company's strategy framework to ensure the success and growth of the product.
3. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders, write clear and detailed Market Requirements Documents (MRDs), Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), UI/UX design, flow, wireframes, and define AB tests and user stories.
4. Backlog Prioritization: Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Work closely with development/engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient implementation.
5. Feature Analysis and Optimization: Analyze the success of product features post-release, monitor usage data and patterns, and run tests to optimize and improve performance and business results.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration and project management: Collaborate with all relevant cross-functional teams including R&D, Designers, ensuring smooth and efficient development and implementation of product features.
7. Customer Experience Improvement: Identify opportunities for key initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive product adoption and engagement.
8. Ongoing Maintenance and Improvement: Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with market trends and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Must have a passion for music and experience in the toy and gaming industry.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven startup environment.
• At least two years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming field or B2C toy Industry.
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership on projects.
• Mover & shaker, who adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to details.
• A great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English).
• Ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and to influence effectively.
• A problem solver – highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem.
• Project management abilities and passion for music and games.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field an advantage (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.).
