Timora is recruiting a Property Operations Manager
The position combines field work in the Fund's properties and headquarters in the company's offices.
Responsibility and supervision of the operation of the Fund's assets in order to ensure compliance with the highest standards of safety, functionality and aesthetics. Working closely with tenants, contractors and suppliers to ensure maintenance and service while meeting SLA.
Job requirements and skills:
• Mandatory bachelor's degree (degree in law/engineering - an advantage).
• Familiarity with the profitable real estate world - an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Order and organization at a high level - mandatory.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Technical perception abilities.
