Customer Relationship Management Business Consultant

Job Description:

- Involvement and high influence on the prioritization of requirements

- Building a comprehensive work plan

- Definition/characterization of functional requirements (what is required) according to needs and priorities

- Inclusion of all the different disciplinary factors in the division in front of the client (project managers, activity leaders, managers, etc.)

- Managing and controlling changes and risks in the work plan (identifying bottlenecks and raising flags, managing conflicts and priorities for handling and solving problems)

- Close interface and ongoing work with the PMO and delivery team

- Work with senior management (customers and division)

- Managing a team of client managers (BRM)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree - industrial engineering and management / information systems - mandatory

- Experience in defining business processes and writing business requirements - mandatory

- Experience in a BRM or similar role - mandatory

- Team management experience - mandatory

- Three years' experience in managing technology/IT projects for business units - mandatory
