Technical Project Manager

We are searching for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a can-do attitude who loves to get things done, have a high level view and is a detailed oriented person. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion.

Final's Engineering group is focused on leading the companies development that supports our business goals. As a TPM you will be in charge of delivering programs, projects, and operational activities to achieve excellent delivery execution in full visibility and productivity.

• Work closely with the Dev teams to build our products, define requirements and track to a successful execution
• Own project execution end to end. Work with large scale teams
• Project management expert - setting up project’s roadmap, managing scope, backlog and timeline, tracking key milestones, managing KPIs , key dependencies etc.
• Ensuring deliverables are planned and on track - visibility and tracking
• Perform reviews of various project activities to identify and highlight risks and develop appropriate contingency plans
• Work with diverse stakeholders (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cyber Security, Networking, DevOps, squad leads,, senior management, etc. ) to ensure project success
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience with project manager, preferably in large global organizations
• Deep understanding of Jira
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology & frameworks
• Strong familiarity with software development lifecycle
• Can operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Experienced in working with large num of stakeholders in / cross units
• Strategic thinking and ability to dive to technical aspects quickly
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability with outstanding organizational skills
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams
• People person and a team player
• Experience in software development - must
