for a dynamic and experienced Forex Retention Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain our existing client base while enhancing their trading experience. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs and aligning them with our services to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute retention strategies to increase loyalty and reduce client churn. Monitor client activity and trading patterns to identify retention opportunities and at-risk clients. Create targeted campaigns to engage inactive or less active clients. Work closely with the customer service and account management teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend product or service enhancements. Develop personalized client communication strategies, including newsletters, webinars, and special events. Collaborate with the marketing team to align retention initiatives with broader marketing strategies. Provide regular reports to senior management on retention metrics and campaign effectiveness. Train and mentor junior staff in retention best practices and customer service excellence.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
