Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

What You'll Do

• Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of our innovative FP&A platform.
• Product Training and Support: Conduct engaging training sessions and demos, providing ongoing support to help customers fully leverage the platform's capabilities.
• Help Center Enhancement: Continuously improve our robust Help Center by adding new self-service resources, guides, and tutorials to better assist our customers.
• Customer Engagement: Offer strategic advice and consultative support, helping customers achieve their business goals and drive success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance the pre- and post-sales process, ensuring a smooth and cohesive customer experience.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights for continuous product improvement and innovation.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A within a fast-growing company or in corporate finance at a global public company. Consulting experience is a Bonus.
• Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with perfect command of English.
• Customer-centric, strategic thinker, collaborative team player, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
