VP Data

We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Data

you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, BI developers, and business applications specialists to create insights and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, analytics, and BI tools, along with excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills and strong cross-collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

• Develop and execute a BI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a BI team, fostering a data-driven culture.

Data Management:

• Oversee data platforms: Signal, Mixpanel, Snowflake, PowerBI, Looker, Apache Airflow, Riveri, Workato, and DBT.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Develop advanced analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to create actionable insights.
• Monitor and improve BI solutions.

Business Applications:

• Oversee the integration of business applications across departments.
• Ensure seamless integration of BI tools and business systems.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights.
• Support departmental BI needs and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in BI, data management, or analytics; 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience with BI and data platforms: Signal, Mixpanel, Snowflake, PowerBI, Looker, Apache Airflow, Riveri, Workato, DBT.
• Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and security.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
