Beti is an advanced, cloud-based platform designed to allow construction companies to easily and efficiently supervise and coordinate workflows and worker safety on the site, and our venture is backed by PSG, one of the largest funds in the United States.

Beti rapidly grew and developed into an extensive platform with various innovative tools and features enabling construction managers to streamline their work processes.

We are expanding our R&D team and seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic startup environment, collaborating with talented developers to drive innovation and product excellence.

In this role you will:

• Participate in the development of both web and mobile applications as a full stack lead. Taking the more complex tasks.
• Guide a team of developers with varying skill levels, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Play a pivotal role within our core engineering and leadership team, shaping the technical direction and vision of our projects.
• Take ownership of features development from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with product requirements and company objectives.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership over the system, including infrastructure and ensuring production readiness.
• Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable code and inspire team members to uphold these standards.
• Actively contribute to cultivating a positive and collaborative development culture.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to facilitate their professional development.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system reliability, explore new technologies, and optimize team workflows for increased efficiency.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in web/mobile development, with a strong understanding of JS/TS and proficiency in React.js/React Native/Node.js.
• At least 1+ years of experience in a Tech Lead role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-quality products within specified timelines.
• Highly independent and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Commitment to writing clean, agile code and a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in technical English.
• Demonstrated leadership experience is advantageous.
• Experience with AWS, Nest.js, Next.js, GraphQL, Expo, Prisma is a plus. 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field preferred.
