AI Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary AI Expert to lead our AI initiatives and drive the development of our automated data collection technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading AI teams and developing AI models from scratch, with a deep understanding of learning methodologies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for AI-driven innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand our AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the research, development, and deployment of AI models that automate and enhance our data collection processes.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to integrate AI technologies into our platform.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, applying them to solve complex problems and improve our offerings.
• Develop and implement best practices for the full AI model development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new AI methodologies and tools to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing AI teams.
• Extensive experience in developing AI models from scratch, including hands-on experience with various learning methodologies.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into AI/ML driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with web data collection technologies and challenges - a plus.
