Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Haifa for a Tender Manager. The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the tender process, including preparing and submitting tender proposals, reviewing tender documents and contracts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tender management or related roles
• Strong knowledge of tender processes, regulations, and legal requirements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents
• Proficient in MS Office and tender management software
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• The company is located in the industrial park in Caesarea, and the job is full-time from the company's offices
