Development Project Lead

Our Missile and Space Systems Division is hiring a Development Project Lead!

What will you do:

• Leading significant technology-focused projects, combining extensive management and development.
• Managing work plans.
• Adhering to budgets.
• Synchronizing all parties involved in the development and production of subsystems, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.
• Transitioning from development to production and committing to deliverables from the definition phase to final delivery to the customer.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Physics – mandatory.
• Master's degree in Systems Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Physics / Business Administration – a significant advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management and leading engineering teams – mandatory.
• Experience in development, leading engineering reviews, and formulating radar design concepts with customers in Israel and abroad – mandatory.
• Management experience in transitioning products to production, integration, and system testing – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in hardware/algorithm development – a significant advantage.
• Experience in leading development using a matrix management approach – a significant advantage.
