Full Stack Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining web-based products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor team members, providing guidance and support in technical matters.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by implementing best practices and conducting code reviews.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Actively participate in architectural discussions and decisions.
• Develop both backend and frontend components as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React.
• Experience in Microservices architecture.
• Previous experience in DATA companies or teams is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
