Microsoft Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Infrastructure Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and supporting complex Microsoft environments, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain critical Microsoft infrastructure systems, including Active Directory, Exchange, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Lead and execute infrastructure projects, from planning and design to implementation and support.
• Provide expert technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft infrastructure systems.
• In-depth knowledge of GPO, Active Directory, Exchange, and Remote Desktop Services.
• Experience managing and deploying RDS/TS farms, including load balancing.
• Extensive experience with Windows Server operating systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and tuning.
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft 365 (licensing, configuration, policies).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware & Hyper-V) is a plus.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) is a plus.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery tools.
• Previous experience working in an integration company is a strong plus.
