Jewelry Designer

About The Position

TenenGroup is looking for a dynamic, creative, and resourceful Jewelry Designer to join the merchandise team.

This individual must be a self-starter and team player in a fast-paced environment and bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and efficiency while working across multiple projects simultaneously to ensure production and design are achievable.

The jewelry designer executes the seasonal design development process, creating and executing design and production stages in the process.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute jewelry product according to brief to a finished product.
• Initiate improvement to resolve product malfunctions.
• Ensure execution timing of product development schedule.
• Working as an integrator between the various departments for a serial production product and with cross-functional teams (marketing, designers, procurement, engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers)
• New product introduction process across department including the preparation of a product portfolio.
• Produce samples for new products.
• Explore new trends in the jewelry and fashion industry and adapt new working technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design.
• 3-5 years experience in Jewelry Design.
• Proficient experience with Rhino, Adobe Illustrator.
• 2 years experience in mass production jewelry company - a significant advantage.
