Marketing Analysis Manager

AIG, the Global insurance company is hiring a professional Marketing Analysis Team Leader. Responsible for leading a team of analysts in constructing analytical reports and research within the marketing department.

Job responsibility:

• Leading a team of marketing analysts - planning, developing and implementing solutions in the field of marketing data analysis.

• Analysis of market trends, consumer performance and competitor activity in order to inform business and strategic decisions.

• Development and maintenance of dashboards, reports and work with BI tools for presenting business insights.

• Management, collection, cleaning and integration of data from various sources, including market research, customer surveys, sales data and the performance of digital assets (the sales sites, the personal area, applications, etc.).

• Marketing Automation – managing customer journeys, setting up campaigns, AB Testing, AI, performance analysis.

• Management of the DDM activity, internally and abroad, including profitability analyzes and concentration of the DM budget abroad.

• Management of POM activity, including monthly decrees and control of sales performance.

• Infrastructure management and Google Analytics data analysis, including access to the company's BI tools.

• Accessing management reports and creating dashboards, including sales funnel management.

Requirements:

• Proven management experience in the field of analysis.

• Full command of SQL.

At least 4 years of experience in analyzing business and marketing data - campaign data, panels, customer analysis, market analysis, and complex models- mandatory.

• Experience in customer journey management and familiarity with Marketing Automation tools with Google Analytics.

• Familiarity and experience with the Unica and Tableau systems

• Familiarity with BI tools, for example Power BI

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field , a master's degree - an advantage.

• Familiarity with the worlds of models (construction and validation) - an advantage.

• Ability to work in an environment with many interfaces and multiple disciplines (marketing, digital, information systems, sales, service, etc.).
