Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RF, IF, and Microwave FAE Manager to join our team in Israel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RF, IF, and Microwave products, as well as a proven track record of success in sales and business development. The FAE Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customers, as well as providing Engineering and professional knowledge in the world of development/design and solutions @ support and training.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with key customers: Build and maintain relationships with key customers Engineering teams.
• Provide knowledge support and solutions Provide technical support and training to customers, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and on new products and features.
• Develop and execute relationships strategies: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed design goals.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events: Represent the company at trade shows and events to promote products and services.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that the company is meeting the needs of its customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electronics/ electrical engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the RF, IF, or Microwave industry
• Strong understanding of RF, IF, and Microwave products
• Proven track record of success in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
