Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in product management, a deep understanding of Finance CRM systems, and a passion for driving product excellence.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate product vision and strategy.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market trends.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Work closely with customers, sales, and support teams to gather and analyze product requirements.
• Translate customer needs into clear and actionable product specifications.

Product Development:

• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and release of new product features.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Market Research:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products.

Product Lifecycle Management:

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
• Implement strategies for product improvement and feature enhancements.

Collaboration:

• Foster collaboration across departments, including engineering, marketing, and sales.

Qualifications:
