Payment Manager

A dynamic B2C startup in Tel Aviv is for a Paymant Manager.

• Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive payments strategy that maximizes revenue, minimizes risk, and optimizes the customer experience.
• Monitor and optimize approval ratio and Processing fees
• Develop and maintain relationships with payment providers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for online payments and data security.
• Monitor and analyze payment data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Work closely with product and technology teams to integrate new payment methods and optimize existing ones.
• Hands-on approach.
• Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in payments, preferably in the B2C industry .
• Worked in a global company.
• Strong understanding of online payment methods, technologies, and trends.
• Experience working with payment processors, banks, e-payments and payment networks.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards for online payments and data security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
