Job Description

This is a significant role that serves as the final checkpoint before introducing new functionality to the portal for viewing by thousands of users at any given time. You will lead the testing aspects and testers within the group. You will participate in building the QA strategy, planning, and executing daily tests. Additionally, you will take part in task definition meetings and test planning to achieve comprehensive and in-depth testing, alongside delivering high-quality versions that meet time and scope definitions. You will contribute to efforts in building automated testing solutions to enable quality and efficient version releases.

Your role will include

• Defining and planning software tests, considering all relevant types of tests: functional, user interface, regression, integration, sanity, logs, and more.
• Guiding testers daily while performing actual tests, which include the editor interface and the portal across browsers, devices, and applications.
• Managing tests and tasks daily to achieve quality within time and scope as part of the Sprint tasks.
• Influencing as part of the thinking and execution team for automation tests, and also participating in the actual efforts of developing automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA planning and execution roles - mandatory
• 1+ years of professional leadership of software testers - mandatory
• Experience in testing in an internet environment with an emphasis on user interface and display - mandatory
• Experience working in an AGILE environment - mandatory
• High-level English proficiency - writing and speaking - mandatory
• Experience in QA automation planning, writing, and executing automated tests - an advantage
• Highly organized and methodical with problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Results-driven, quick and independent learner
• High communication and interpersonal skills - writing and speaking
