How you’ll spend your day:

• The Unified Communications Manager role focuses on managing the Unified Communications (UC) infrastructure, with a keen eye on Microsoft Teams, Poly, and Meeting Rooms, ensuring these services meet high standards.
• Candidates must bring over 10 years of experience in video systems and conference room technology, specifically with expertise in CVI, Poly, and Crestron Infrastructure, Microsoft.
• Core responsibilities include overseeing global UC services, spearheading improvements, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
• The position entails mentoring team members, leading worldwide conferencing operations, and continuously seeking operational enhancements to increase productivity and service quality.
• Accountability extends to the effectiveness of the UC platform, requiring coordination with IT services, prudent management of investments, and adherence to relevant policies and procedures.

Your experience and qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in video systems and conference room control technologies, including CVI, Poly, and Crestron Infrastructure, Microsoft.
• Proven expertise in managing Unified Communications (UC) infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Teams, Poly, and Meeting Rooms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global UC services, drive improvements, and maintain effective vendor relationships to ensure SLA compliance.
• Strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with current conference room trends, with the capacity to mentor team members and lead conferencing operations worldwide.
