Program Manager, Sourcing - Operations

NVIDIA is looking for a forward-thinking, focused, analytical and motivated Program manager to join the Sourcing Team. As part of the Sourcing team you’ll be in charge of 2nd source activities on various Network products. NVIDIA Networking division is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer market-leading solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables and software to support networking technologies. What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute component 2nd source strategy from NPI to MP stage
• Lead all activities to achieve 2nd source goals and target timeline to ensure robust supply chain and optimal cost
• Collaborate with component suppliers, CMs and NVIDIA internal teams (R&D, Operations and Finance) to ensure the project’s key deliverables are met
• Analyze suppliers landscape including components, CM's spaces to identify a potential alternative solution in the industry.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or Electrical engineering
• 3+ years experience in managing multi function activities as Program manager and proven track record managing sourcing activities.
• Results driven and is able to lead multiple projects to meet projects’ goals.
• High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail in a collaborative, intensive and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and influencing skills dealing with suppliers and internal cross functional teams
• Languages: English - required: Excellent writing and verbal skills

• Deep understanding of components market and supply base
• Familiar with ERP & PLM systems
• Knowledge in components manufacturing process
