• Take part in the recruitment process from end to end starting with building and characterizing the recruitment profile with the hiring managers, sorting CVs, telephone interviews, locating candidates for positions, face-to-face interviews.
• Updating candidates in the system, sending negative messages, working with hiring managers and accompanying the recruitment processes
• Expanding recruitment sources - posting jobs on job sites and platforms suitable for recruiting jobs, contact with educational institutions that are relevant to recruiting positions.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting- Required
• High attention to details
• Exceptional organizational skills
