As a Sales Development Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales development representatives (SDRs) to drive revenue growth. You will develop and implement sales strategies, provide coaching and guidance to team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and achieve targets.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in sales or business development
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through sales strategies and team management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive performance
Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools
Fluency in English; knowledge of Hebrew is a plus
Positive attitude and strong motivation to succeed
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
