Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior QA Specialist to join our team in Israel. You will be part of a diverse and multi-disciplined team, gain exposure to cutting edge technologies, and will be working with leading experts and professionals in the industry. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with QA activities in production environments, ensuring quality standards and system reliability across our cellular RF products.

Responsibilities:

• Testing of cellular RF products within Linux environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and optimal performance.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate functionality, reliability, and compatibility across diverse network configurations.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to analyse test results, identify root causes of issues, and drive continuous improvement in product quality and performance.
• Provide technical assistance to clients experiencing issues with our cellular products.
• Manage QA activities in production environments, ensuring quality standards and system reliability.

Qualifications:

• Attention to details and passion for quality.
• Team player, highly motivated, quick learner.
• You are eager to learn. We don't expect you to have all the answers, but do expect you to speak up, ask, grow and develop.

Requirements:

• Basic familiarity with SQL.
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python).
• Ability to read logs and identify critical information.
• Experience with test documentation and planning (STD, STP).
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Production QA experience.
• RF testing on cellular standards – An advantage.
• Background in intelligence technologies and methodologies – An advantage.
• 1-2 years' experience as manual QA.
