Job Title: Business Analyst Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

An international education franchise company is looking for you a detail-oriented and highly analytical Business Analyst to temporarily join our team during a maternity leave period. The candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing business operations and enhancing systems integration across the organization. This position requires a proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

1.      Gather and analyze business needs and requirements from diverse stakeholders for various

projects.

2.      Extract reports and analyze data to support decisions and foster data-driven strategies.

3.      Develop and enhance business processes and system logic.

4.      Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

5.      Manage projects and coordinate with outsourced development teams.

6.      Oversee project execution, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within established timelines.

7.      Analyze and evaluate various systems and services for potential procurement.

8.      Provide comprehensive documentation supporting business needs and requirements.

9.      Support Senior and Middle Management in evaluating and improving business processes and risks.

10.  Conduct meetings and presentations to discuss ideas and findings.

11.  Perform requirements analysis and document the proposed changes and steps required for implementation.

Requirements:

·        Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.

·        Strong analytical abilities with experience in generating process documentation and reports.

·        Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

·        Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.

·        Advanced skills in Excel.

·        A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred:

·        Experience with Salesforce

·        SQL and database management.

·        Background in data modeling and process optimization.
