Senior Data Scientist

A DATA SCIENTIST is needed for a government office in Bnei Brak or in Modi'in.

HO position that includes managing a team of analysts*

Hybrids: 3 days work from home.

Job description:

Developing complex AI models of data, strategies and algorithms using automated analyses. Application and development of statistical and mathematical models that include prediction, classification, neural networks, machine learning, anomaly detection, and other scientific methods.

A close interface with the parties in the office for the purpose of providing complex solutions, including the identification and integration of new and relevant data into the model(s).

Advanced use of Big Data through building models, developing and using complex algorithms and analyzing processes for the purpose of identifying directions and trends in the organization. Transfer to production in the development units and assistance to the product manager and the business unit in assimilation.

Requirements:

At least 5 years in DATA positions and at least two years in the position of DATA SCIENTIST

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering / computer science / statistics / performance research / mathematics.

or

A bachelor's degree in exact sciences or a research master's degree or higher in economics / bioinformatics / computational linguistics / cognition, and in addition courses of at least 200 hours in the field of information systems.

or

A third degree of some kind and provided that he has an additional year of experience beyond the required.

or

A graduate of a technological unit in the IDF (Maram, 8200, ICT and equivalent units) and/or in the Israel Defense Forces, provided that he worked in the technological field subject to appropriate approval.

Practical experience in managing a team of analysts and/or data scientists for at least 4 years in cross-organizational projects/national or international projects

Experience in developing complex analytical models including LLM or AI, ML, DL based models.
