Human Resources Coordinator

JDC has a great opportunity for an experienced (Russian & English-speaking) Human Resources Coordinator to become part of the global HR team. The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing professional HR support to our offices in the FSU, as well as participating in the implementation and support of global/regional HR projects.

Responsibilities:

-Coordination of HR activities, managing HR systems and supporting various HR processes.

-Collecting data, providing data analysis and reports on a regular basis.

-Administration of HR documents such as corporate HR policies, contracts, etc.

-Recruitment, employee onboarding and orientation.

-Supporting annual training, development, planning and assistance in its implementation.

-Supporting the annual Performance Review Process.

-Participation in the workforce planning and salary review processes.

-Participation in the development of new HR systems, processes, and operations to ensure greater efficiency.

-Providing support for employees’ well-being (incl. local and global corporate events organization, recognition of programs, monitoring and survey conduction).

Requirements:

-Higher education in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields preferred.

-Experience in HR management of at least 2 years, preferably in a global company with a branch structure.

-Ability to lead organizational processes, including remotely.

-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Fluent Hebrew and English, Russian mother tongue.
