Regional Sourcing Leader

Ness is looking for a highly skilled Regional Sourcing Leader who is looking for their next challenge.
The position includes, own the various Indirect spend Categories in Israel, proactively look for leading projects delivering added value, improving our Compliance, base cost and efficiency in general, lead and/or support supplier selection, contracting, onboarding and performance reviews processes, communicate regularly with clients within the organization, etc.
Full Position (Hybrid), Tirat Carmel.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master´s degree from an accredited college or university – A must.
3+ years’ experience in Sourcing/Procurement and/or has worked as a stakeholder within the Indirect categories mentioned with Sourcing on multiple projects and has a strong motivation to learn quickly – A must.
Track record within Sourcing and/or Project management initiatives – A must.
Fluency in Hebrew and English – A must (additional languages (e.g. Hungarian, Polish) are beneficial).
