Junior System Administrator

Who We Are Looking For:

Are you passionate about technology and eager to deepen your expertise across a broad tech stack? We're seeking a tech-savvy Junior System Administrator with 3 years of solid experience in Windows system administration and troubleshooting. Your technical toolkit should include at least 2 years of managing Windows and Mac OS X end-user machines, and administering Office365/Google Workspace. Familiarity with PowerShell, cloud management platforms like Azure, AzureAD, Intune, Jumpcloud, and Okta, as well as a strong grounding in networking/security (Wi-Fi, network security, firewalls, EDR, Antivirus, etc.) is essential.

Additionally, we value at least 1 year of experience with Fortigate administration, Active Directory, and Linux environments.

What You Will Do:

• Install and configure software and hardware to keep our tech ecosystem running smoothly.
• Efficiently manage servers and a variety of technology tools.
• Handle user accounts, access permissions, and workstation setups.
• Deliver prompt and effective solutions through our Helpdesk, troubleshooting issues and managing system outages.
• Bolster security with robust access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Continuously upgrade systems with the latest releases and models.
• Develop your expertise and be a go-to trainer for our staff on emerging technologies.
• Enhance your Linux skills and provide first-tier Linux support.

What Else You Bring to the Table:

• A knack for problem-solving and an ability to think creatively in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a service-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Russian and a strong command of English (Intermediate+ level).
