E-Commerce Operations Manager @ Raanana

The E-Commerce Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our online stores across multiple regions, including the USA, Israel, Germany, and additional global markets.

This role is pivotal in driving significant growth in online sales, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Formulate and implement comprehensive business strategies to enhance online user experience and increase sales.

Oversee the management of various online platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand’s standards and market trends.

Team Management:

Lead and develop a team responsible for website management, email marketing, ppc, design, affiliate, customer service, and logistics.

Set clear objectives, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor the team's progress.

Sales and Marketing:

Drive traffic and conversion through strategic marketing initiatives and promotions.

Work closely with marketing teams to ensure that e-commerce strategies are integrated with broader marketing goals.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze performance metrics, adapting strategies as needed to meet business goals.

Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Customer Experience:

Ensure a seamless and effective customer service operation that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Innovation and Improvement:

Stay updated on new e-commerce technologies and industry trends to keep the online business ahead of the curve.

Regularly assess operational processes and implement improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
