Resource Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Resource Development Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The Resource Development Manager will play a crucial role in securing funding and support for TALMA's programs and initiatives. This individual will be responsible for submitting grants, raising funds, researching and identifying new donors and philanthropic foundations. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive resource development strategy to support TALMA's mission and objectives.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Prepare grant proposals, funding applications, and other fundraising materials in collaboration with the executive team. Conduct prospect research to identify new funding opportunities and maintain a database of potential donors. Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns to engage and steward donors.
• Collaborate with program staff to ensure alignment between funding priorities and programmatic goals. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in resource development and fundraising.
• Proven track record of successfully securing grants and raising funds from diverse sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate TALMA's mission and impact effectively. Native English speaker with fluency in Hebrew.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize funding opportunities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 

Salary

Salary for this 50% time position ranges from 6k-8k (ILS) per month, commensurate with experience.
