We are HIVE, a startup specializing in solving social issues through big data infrastructure, AI tools, and methodologies from psychology and behavioral economics. Our mission is to improve the lives of Israeli citizens through technology and data. We are looking to recruit a Research Project Manager to join our team and work on diverse projects involving data analysis and behavior research.

The Research and Project Management Specialist will manage projects and lead client consultation processes, particularly in areas concerning Israeli society, conflict impacts, and political issues. This role oversees the entire project lifecycle, from initial client engagement to conducting theoretical behavioral research, planning and supervising pilots and experiments, and formulating solutions and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct theoretical behavioral and political research, applying insights to project development.
• Design and oversee research processes and experiments to test hypotheses and solutions.
• Closely collaborate with data analysts and statisticians throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations based on research findings.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure project alignment.
• Contribute to the development of team tools, research methods, skills, culture, and impact.
• Help automate core processes and coordinate timelines, goals, and objectives for projects.
• Co-develop project roadmaps and prioritize projects with the team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Advanced degree in behavioral economics, psychology, public policy, economics, cognitive science, or related fields (Bachelor's degree is a must)
• 2 years of experience in data-driven roles such as analytics, market research, strategy, or business consulting.
• Experience in transforming large, complex datasets into actionable insights to meet business needs.
• An analytical mindset and familiarity with data analysis and statistical methods and tools.
• Proficiency in influencing actions and inspiring audiences through storytelling.
• Experience in political systems or government sectors.
• Experience interacting confidently with high-ranking stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with competing priorities while applying initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with and interest in the Israeli political landscape.
