Role Description

We are looking for a Lab Support Engineer

You will report to the Director of System Integration & QA, Broadband business unit.

Location

On-site - working 5 days a week from our offices in Caesarea

What You Will Be Doing

Maintenance of R&D Lab, which contains HW setups under testing including networking components (switches/routers/servers).

• Lab incidents troubleshooting and fixing.
• New setups end-to-end bring up (starting from HW physical installation till networking configuration)
• SW maintenance of networking and rest Harmonic and 3rd party equipment
• Lab documentation maintenance
  
  

• 3+ years of networking hands on experience (router/switches configuration)
• High technical abilities, good debugging abilities (failure point finding)
• Linux experience
• Basic Networking knowledge (CCNA level)
• HW Installation and wiring experience
• Excellent inter-personal skills and high customer service awareness
• Fluent English (writing and speaking)
• Good reporting and documentation maintenance skills, including tools like Confluence, Visio and Jira (advantage)
