Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Placement Coordinator at Google and Reichman Tech School. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the placement of students into job opportunities within the tech industry. The role requires working closely with companies, students, and faculty to match the skills and interests of students with the needs of employers.

Day-to-day tasks may include networking with potential employers, organizing job fairs and recruitment events, reviewing resumes and portfolios, conducting interviews, and providing career guidance to students.

• Coordinate the placement process, tracking student progress, and following up with employers to gather feedback.
• Actively seek out new job openings to expand the range of employment opportunities available to students.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with students to review their resumes, LinkedIn profiles and job applications, offering constructive feedback and guidance to enhance their employability.
• Deliver workshops in the fields of job search and career development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, job placements and employer contacts using Tech School CRM (Salesforce).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employers and students
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Hebrew and English)
• 1-3 years of experience in job placement, candidate screening and selection, preferably in a high-tech placement company.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students.
• Previous experience in sales – an advantage.
• Experience working with a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds – an advantage.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field – or equivalent
