What You'll Do:

Financial Leadership: Take the reins in managing and leading our financial and finance departments. From budget planning to daily accounting tasks, including cash flow management, forecasts, P&L, and balance sheets, you'll be at the forefront of our financial operations.

Performance Tracking: Keep a close eye on our business execution results by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement.

Legal and Policy Guidance: Work hand in hand with our legal department to steer the company's legal and policy agenda, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.

Strategic Planning: Join management meetings and board consultations to contribute your insights and expertise in business formation and future planning.

What You Bring:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in accounting, economics, or a related finance field is essential.

Professional Certification: Certified CPA in Europe, Israel, or the USA is a must-have.

Experience: Bring at least 7 years of experience in finance roles, with a solid track record in technology or internet companies.

Knowledge of finance: Demonstrate proficiency in tax compliance, statutory reporting, and working with external auditors and financial authorities globally.

Leadership Skills: strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent analytical skills.

Bonus Points: An MBA would be advantageous, along with experience in public company affairs and fundraising activities.
