Quality Engineer

A quality engineer is needed for a manufacturing company in the field of automation

Description:

Leading customer service calls, complaints and investigations

Handling customer complaints and monitoring international regulatory standards

Investigating anomalies/complaints and carrying out CAPA actions

Interface with the operations department, engineering, R&D and more

Leading external audits for suppliers and subcontractors

Data collection and analysis including methods, trend report, recommendations and tracking for change, maintenance and improvement

Requirements:

PE/ BSc. in Mechanical Engineering

At least two years in a manufacturing company and an understanding of quality processes

Work with customers and suppliers

Experience in international standards is an advantage

Experience with Priority/ERP is an advantage

Advanced English - speaking and writing
