As a Validation Algorithms Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficacy of our algorithms. Your responsibilities will include:·         Understanding algorithmic challenges and objectives.·         Designing comprehensive test procedures for algorithm validation.·         Conducting laboratory experiments and field tests to evaluate algorithm performance.·         Implementing test procedures and experiments, ensuring accuracy and consistency.·         Analyzing test results to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements: 
To excel in this role, you should possess:·         A Bachelor's degree in Computers/Software/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.·         Solid grasp of statistical, mathematical, and problem-solving concepts.·         Proficiency in using Python/Matlab for algorithm development, modeling, and simulation.·         Familiarity with hardware testing or development processes.·         Self-motivation, independence, and the ability to work effectively within a team.·         A passion for learning and adapting to innovative technologies.
