R&D Program Manager

Cross communication with product, project/delivery and QA management, integrators and freelancers. A people’s person with good vibes and professional attitude towards time and deliverables. Responsibilities

Plan and support R&D in the development process.

Measure and improve KPIs, presenting various dashboards and tools to management.

Play an integral role in product development from the R&D perspective, understanding the bigger picture across various processes

Plan resources, communicate conflicts, and collaborate with external resources, including integrators and freelancers.

Contribute to product design.

Collaborate with product, project/delivery, and QA management, as well as integrators and freelancers.

Possess strong interpersonal skills with a professional attitude towards time management and deliverables.

Work closely with R&D and Product departments to ensure alignment and synergy in operations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in multidisciplinary program management encompassing software/cloud, algorithm, and hardware domains.
• Proactive, assertive, and persuasive, with strong conflict resolution abilities.
• Customer and integrator-facing skills, with proficiency in product assimilation.
• Excellent cross-cultural and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in AI and algorithms is advantageous.
