What you'll be doing:

• Lead a high-impact growth squad.
• Oversee the entire product life cycle for key decisioning areas, from initial concept to production launch.
• Take ownership of a business objective, actively driving all aspects of the product to ensure impactful results.
• Set and monitor KPIs, continuously adapting strategies to ensure success in your squad's areas.
• Create detailed product requirements, including PRDs, user stories, and use cases, based on user and business insights.

What you'll need:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in payments / fintech environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of APIs.
• Proven ability to translate complex business and product requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Great project management skills, including expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Customer-centric mindset and a passion for effectively addressing internal and external customer needs.
