RMA Specialist

We are looking for an RMA Specialist to join our RMA Team (Global Appliances Operations group), who has a passion for the Supply Chain world, and a desire to work with large databases, create forecasts and provide complex inventory analysis.

In this position, you will use your expertise in Operational processes and lead activities that will achieve high data accuracy and predictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data accuracy: Daily monitor on inbound/outbound of units from hubs
• Inventory controls at the RMA hubs
• Data update in the ERP system as required
• Purchase requests and invoice payments to logistics vendors
• Data improvements and customer service projects

Qualifications

• BA/BSc in Logistics/Industrial Engineering
• Good analytic skills
• Excellent Service approach
• Professional Microsoft Knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others)
• English – as mother tongue
• High communication skills
• Self-motivated, fast learner, responsible
