We are seeking a passionate Community specialist to join our team. As a community specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative ideas that foster a positive and engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employee engagement activities such as happy hours, volunteering, holiday celebrations, team activity, and much more.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Provide the BEST service to all employees
• Shorten response and resolution time for ongoing and special requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Behavioral Science or a related field
• A genuine passion for creating memorable employee experiences and a desire to provide outstanding customer service are critical
• Proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
