Senior Product Designer

Laguna Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Senior Product designer, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences for our suite of web and mobile products. You will collaborate with various teams within the company, including Product, R&D, Clinical, Data & Management, to design pixel-perfect interfaces that will have a significant impact on digital health and the recovery process for patients leaving the hospital.

We are searching for a hands on designer who has the expertise to create intricate systems, encompassing various aspects ranging from AI to the psychological aspects of user experience. You’ll be also responsible for establishing UX processes (usability research, persona analysis, information architecture) in alignment with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the UX and design for Laguna's suite of products, including a web-based patient management system for care managers, and a mobile app for members.
• Be a part of the product management team, and oversee features from conception to completion, collaborating with colleagues focused on data, development, and QA.
• Conduct user research and competitor analysis to gain valuable insights that will contribute to the product roadmap.
• Develop a comprehensive and effective design system for our product suite.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing customer-facing digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills.
• Exceptional product sense and a deep user empathy. Ability to lead features end-to-end.
• Proficient in usability and user experience principles, with the ability to apply them to complex product problems.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
• Mastery of Figma, prototyping, and other relevant tools.
• A team player with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• B.A in Visual Communication or equivalent.

The position entails working from our lovely Ramat Gan Bursa office (which is within walking distance from the Central train station) 4 days a week. Some flexibility beyond regular office hours may be required.
