Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle, from discovery, through definition and design, to development and deployment in accordance with the product roadmap and strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring they are well-documented, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives
• Act as the go to person for the “why” and the “what” and an excellent partner on the “how” of product development
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvements
• Asses the feature's success post production, gather and analyze requirements, create clear PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), design UI/UX, prioritize tasks, and oversee development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, ART, DATA, ECONOMY, MONETIZATION, etc.) to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation.
• Plan and execute successful product launches, including developing monetization strategies.

Requirements:

• Strong passion for games and the gaming industry- a must.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry - a must.
• Project management skills - organized, self-sufficient & self-motivated, goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in English- Spoken and written.
• A strong team player who excels at connecting with others and communicates effectively.
• A data driven problem solver - a highly inventive thinker who will provide insightful, innovative solutions.
