As a Cloud Solution Architect and Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on expertise to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities



Technical Leadership: Lead a team of Cloud Solution Architects in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using DevOps and Security best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Solutions Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and design reliable, scalable, and well-architected solutions that meet their needs. Utilize your expertise in DevOps and Security to deliver innovative solutions tailored to each client's unique challenges.

Technical Presale sessions: Provide hands-on technical support for the sales departments during presales engagements, demonstrating the functionality and capabilities of our solutions to potential clients. Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs. Utilize your technical expertise to address client concerns and objections, positioning our solutions as the ideal choice for their business.

Hands-on Projects: Lead hands-on projects for the most complex and critical client engagements, leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure successful implementation. Directly oversee the execution of these projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any technical challenges or issues that arise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as team leader of technical team.
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer, technical architect, technical sales engineer, or solutions architect.
• 2+ years of technical experience with public cloud providers, preferably Azure.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of the application development lifecycle and experience implementing CI/CD processes using GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.
• Experience developing in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) languages such as ARM, Terraform, Bicep, etc.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and DevSecOps best practices.
• Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
