Position Overview:

As a Technical Writer at CoderZ, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to shaping the future of education. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our innovative platform is supported by clear, comprehensive, and engaging documentation. Working closely with our Research and Development team, you will focus on crafting API documentation that empowers developers to leverage our platform's capabilities effectively. Responsibilities:

1.     Lead documentation efforts: Take ownership of the API documentation strategy, guiding the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation that meets the needs of our developer community.

2.     Collaborate with the R&D team: Work closely with our Research and Development team to gain a deep understanding of the technical architecture and functionality of our platform, particularly focusing on APIs.

3.     Craft high-quality API documentation: Create and maintain detailed API documentation, including guides, tutorials, and code samples, ensuring developers have clear instructions for integrating with our platform.

4.     Ensure accuracy and consistency: Regularly review and update API documentation to reflect new features, changes, and updates to our platform, ensuring alignment with documented specifications.

5.     Organize and structure documentation: Design and implement a logical and user-friendly organization for API documentation, facilitating easy navigation and comprehension for developers.

6.     Iterate based on feedback: Solicit feedback from internal teams and external developers to continuously improve API documentation, refining clarity and addressing user needs.

7.     Stay informed on best practices: Keep abreast of industry best practices for API documentation and incorporate them into our documentation processes to maintain high-quality standards.

8.     Provide mentorship and guidance: Offer support and mentorship to junior members of the technical writing team, sharing expertise and best practices to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

·        2+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on API documentation.

·        Proficiency in documentation tools such as Swagger, OpenAPI, or similar API documentation frameworks.

·        Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·        Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to professional development.
