About Villa Acadia

A members club in a historic villa on the coastline in Herzliya. The villa features a lounge with workstations, meeting rooms, a beautiful garden with beach access, a restaurant-bar, and treatment rooms. The villa hosts various themed events including performances, lectures, special meetings, and workshops.

What will you do?

• Manage member relations and coordinate daily activities and special events at the villa.
• Provide personalized concierge services and tailored experiences for our members.
• Handle lead management to recruit potential members.
• Oversee administrative tasks for the team, including using CRM systems.
• Ensure the villa looks great and deliver an exceptional experience for our members in the club.



What you bring to the table:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills (Hebrew & English), both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our members.
• Availability for 3-4 shifts every week (including weekends)
