About the role:

We offer you an opportunity to be a team leader who responsible for efficient and quality planning of production processes in order to meet customer supply demands, implementing measures for ongoing improvement in aspects of planning, inventory management forecasting, production line and supply chain.

• Personal and professional management of a 3 employees team.
• Accompanying the planning and implementation of changes in the production and distribution processes against different interfaces.
• Managing performance indicators and quality control of production processes and inventory management in the company.
• Configuration control management, product trees, and logistical inventory management in the process.
• Identifying bottlenecks in work processes and handling exceptional cases in production.
• Managing internal organizational interfaces with service departments, marketing, and project management.
• Managing interfaces with international organizations, responsibility for reporting and managing the administrative relationship as an organizational POC.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in team management - a significant advantage
• A relevant degree in the field of production/logistics/supply chain - an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High level in English
