Sales Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team.

*This is a temporary position for 8 months*

Major Responsibilities

• Review and monitor vendor invoices, work closely with accounting to streamline payments to vendors.
• Maintenance of system database, support users such as customers, partners and field by providing training and technical assistance.
• Work with sales managers, business leaders, teams other teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Gain experience with CRM systems, develop reports and supporting tools, and have a great opportunity to grow and create impact.
• Design, build, and manage our sales operations processes in order to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Desired Background

• Sales Operations Specialist with 2+ years of experience in a similar role using CRM systems.
• Great with data analysis and reporting, details oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• A problem solver, capable of finding creative solutions and getting things done.
• Fluent in Microsoft Excel.
