Data Manager

We are a Data Science team which is a part of a leading global technology company, and we are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Manager and Analysis Manager.

Role Requirements:

B.Sc. or higher degree in STEM or Engineering.

• Proven experience in a data management role with a comprehensive understanding of data annotation and collection processes in large-scale data projects.

• Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights – Mandatory. Working with unstructured data is an Advantage.

• A data person – live big data, understand it and know how to conclude insights. Expertise in building or definition of data pipelines.

•Experience in data annotation process:

• Familiarity with annotation platforms, best practices & annotation process optimization.

• Experienced working with auto annotations algorithms.

• Analysis background:

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Statistical background.

• Experience with MOS (Mean-Opinion-Score) for Audio/Video – an Advantage.

• Technical skills – Python + experience with cloud platforms, Azure is Advantage.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate data insights presenting reports to stakeholders across the organization.

• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding and mentoring a team in data collection and analysis
